Sub-internship Emergency Medicine rotation
Come rotate with us!
-We are a level 1 trauma center, safety net hospital for Phoenix
-Gain county program experience and work directly with residents and attendings
-Participate in weekly didactics with our residents, as well as SIM days
-Resident mentors and monthly medical student socials
Emergency Medicine Ultrasound elective
-Join residents at weekly ultrasound didactics with fellowship trained attendings
-Perform ultrasounds with our residents in the emergency department
- All blocks are released at the same time, typically during the spring time. Usually between mid March and early April. For the 2025-2026 academic year, applications open March 17, 2025.
- Requirements include: copies of your board scores, a copy of your unofficial transcript, and a short letter about why you like to rotate at our program
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis
- Communication will be via Clinician Nexus
- For the sub-internship, you have the opportunity for an eSLOE
